Francescano Painting is a Perth-based locally-owned painting business that delivers high quality painting and painting maintenance services across the Perth metropolitan area. Our services include:

• Preventative maintenance painting
• Repair and restoration painting
• Specialised commercial painting, such as anti-graffiti coatings and removals, floor painting (epoxy coatings and non-slip finishes), and fireproof and intumescent coatings.

Our team undertakes painting projects for government, commercial and residential clients, and has experience delivering services for local councils, schools, police stations and universities via direct engagement and also via subcontracting arrangements with Perth building companies. In both situations, we manage all projects independently including quoting, client communication, team management and the execution of works.

Francescano Painting works with our clients to complete one-off painting projects, as well as maintenance, emergency or temporary repairs jobs.

meet our team

Francescano Painting was founded by Perth painter, Michael Francescano who has completed commercial and residential painting projects across Australia (Perth, Brisbane and Hobart) and in Milan, Italy. Francescano Painting is a WA Registered Painting Contractor and Michael Francescano is a WA Registered Painting Practitioner.

Michael has approximately 15 years of experience in painting and decorating, and originally learned his craft working in Italy in in his father’s painting business and other painting companies.

Each member of the Francescano Painting team has more than 10 years of experience, as well as:

• Qualifications in Painting and Decorating
• Construction White Cards
• High Risk Work certifications, including Working Safely at Heights
• National Police Checks.
